In July, he claimed that he will make his own version of the Ancient Greek tale using Grok Imagine, his AI-powered video generator.
Grok Imagine is coming on in leaps and bounds, generating 1.2 billion clips in a single month in January 2026, with 720p footage and synced audio.
Musk released a teaser showing various scenes from his Grok Imagine version of the film - visually striking, but lasting just three minutes.

How This Resolves

Resolves Yes if a full-length film adaptation of The Odyssey, made using Grok Imagine and released by Grok or an official Musk-controlled account, is made publicly available through an official channel (theatrical release, streaming, physical media, or authorized digital purchase) before January 1, 2027.
Private screenings, festival showings, leaks, and torrent availability don't count, and a trailer or soundtrack alone doesn't satisfy the criterion - the full film has to be released.
This is Kalshi's own stated resolution wording, not Musk's original pledge, which was vaguer (no defined release process).
